Acquired a full 100% stake in Protech Mitra Perkasa.

Established Telesys Indonesia, a full subsidiary of Protech Mitra Perkasa, providing maintenance and managed services for telecommunications companies in Indonesia.

Divested the Group’s entire stake in Infrasys Persada to unlock value following strong M&A activity and high valuations in telecom tower assets.
